A DIYFather Podcast featuring show hosts Scott Lancaster and co-hosts Eric Mooij and Stefan Korn. Today guest is Richard Aston, CEO of Big Buddy, a mentoring program for boys who are needing fathers in their lives. We currently employ three coordinators, who work directly with Little Buddies, their families and Big Buddies. As we expand we will employ more coordinators to cover different parts of Auckland and New Zealand. Our screening and assessment process is maintained by our contracted clinical manager and our financial administration is covered by our part time Bursar.
