TLC casting call - children who have swallowed foreign objects

My daughter swallowed a
My daughter swallowed a penny 7 days ago and has been to an urgent care and a prestigious Children's hospital where I spent 7 hours and they refuse to remove it. My daughter has a stomach ache and sore throat (from possible acid reflux) Knowing that pennies are now made of zinc and when they are stuck in the stomach can create a toxic gas and cause ulcers, how can they leave it there. I am told I have to wait 4 weeks before they remove it, even though she is in pain. What is wrong with these doctors? Not enough money from an endoscope? They want the $$$$$ from having to repair a hole in her stomach???
