Here is another great creation from Weta Workshop (people who brought ups Lord of The Rings) it is a new animated childrens program called "The Wotwots", at first I thought “oh my god! Not another bloody TV show!”, well as it turned out Pyper, Renee and I was invited to the launch of the 'Wotwots' at the Wellington Zoo (as the show is about aliens that land at a Zoo). Launch day rolls around – the weather was grey on the verge of raining and freezing cold so absolutely perfect for a day at the zoo to watch a TV program being launched about two aliens, I was secretly hoping they would abduct me and take me back to their planet hopefully it would be warmer! We got to the zoo had a look around at the animals and made our way to the enclosure to see the launch, and I must admit I was very pleasantly surprised, the characters were very cute and warm, that caught even the parents imagination. Fast forward to 1 month and Pyper absolutely loves the TV show, makes sure to let us know that its coming up by saying “wottie” in her cute little voice. Great program and they teach children and the two aliens – brother and sister “Dotty Wot and Spotty Wot” all about how to say the animals names and what they are at the zoo. Aged for a young to very mature audience. Enjoy Scott

Definitely turning into a
Definitely turning into a hot favourite in our house, having usurped Hi5. Nice to have high quality NZ children's television, after some of the decidedly mediocre home-grown kid's TV.
I'm a little worried that one of my twin girls can growl Spotty Wot's "nottie!" quite convincingly - hopefully she isn't developing a catchphrase... :)
It has a very interesting
It has a very interesting steampunk feel to it too.
