Check out our global directory of father support groups. DIY with dad - finger puppets

One of our readers (thanks Karen!) got us in touch with Joel Henriques who is a super talented artist and DIY-er ... and a dad to two young children. So he makes this really cool crafty stuff for his kids which is very easy to put together and publishes all of it on his blog madebyjoel.com. So we are starting a new column on "DIY for dads - inspired by Joel". Here's the first project on finger puppets. This will literally take less than a minute - create some finger puppets made from construction paper. Or get your kids to do it (in which case it will keep them entertained for hours ... cool). Just use different coloured paper and decorate as animals - use scissors to cut out the head shape, wrap around your finger and use tape to stick together at the back. Here's some inspiration from Joel: Enjoy, Stef Trackback URL for this post:http://diyfather.com/trackback/1542
