Gifts for new dads

Know someone who’s about to be a dad or has just had a new baby? Looking for something special amid the sea of tat? Fret no more, here are some of the more “unusual” gift ideas for new dads:

Zaky Hands

There’s no substitute for a mother’s love. Fortunately, there is a substitute for a mother’s hands and forearms. Originally designed to comfort babies in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (and to sound like something you suffer from the morning after an amphetamine binge), Zaky Hands can be scented, shaped and weighted to gently comfort your newborn as they drift off to snooze. The Zaky Luxury Hands for Dads come with lace gloves and a vibrating palm.

Pee & Poo!

Created in Sweden for new parents (because there just isn’t enough faeces to contend with when you have babies), Pee and Poo are a friendly drop of baby wee and a loveable pile of baby poo. What’s little Johnny up to? Oh, he’s in his bedroom playing with his Pee and Poo – nice! icon smile Gifts for new dads

Baby Bangs

Let’s be honest, a bald baby just isn’t that great to look at. Fortunately the good people at “Baby Bangs” have come up with a perfect solution – essentially wigs for babies. What a relief, now your little one can, well, actually look like a little princess. Albeit the one from Shrek.

Birthing Dolls

What better way to introduce your 3 year old to the wonders of birth? Great for progressive parents with a good sense of humour.

The Snozzie

No more scrambling to wipe away baby drool or dribble! The snozzie wristband face wipe is always at your fingertips. Just avoid wiping the sweat from your forehead afterwards …
