I guess the question is how relevant are tips from celebrities (unless you are a celebrity yourself)? I suppose they would be faced with many issues that non-celebrity parents never encounter. Of course there is all the "normal" stuff you are dealing with as a parent and it doesn't matter whether you are a celebrity or not. But then again I'm wondering how involved celebrities are in the upbringing of their kids. Apparently Rod Stewart recently said in an interview that he doesn't get involved in the practical side of looking after his baby at all (i.e. nappy changing, getting them to sleep, etc.). So I'd question how involved they are in the first place when it comes to their "tips" for other parents.
Hey Bill what did you mean about the MIT degree - because of the CAPTCHA codes? Sorry we had to do this as we were getting so much spam.

I actually watched this and I think the kids were higher than Snoop. If that's possible.
Oh and why do I have to need a degree from MIT to leave a comment all of a sudden?

I've not actually seen the series, but several other fathers i know have checked it out. They say it's rather tame and calm, almost like (dare I say it) he's stoned the whole time or something. Apparently Ozzy was a more intense reality TV celebrity dad.
Still don't plan to watch it. I don't want my kids taking life tips from celebrities through their music, so I'm not going to take parenting tips from them through their reality shows.
Are you organising, running or attending any stay-home-dad meetings in your area? We'd like to start a directory of groups per city. Let us know and we will list your group here.
